Instructions for Presenters
The chairpersons of your session will be strict in allowing no more than the time allocated to your paper. Discussion will take place immediately after your presentation.
Duration of the regular presentation at the IPC2017 conference is 10+5 minutes discussion is included. Length of plenary lecture and discussion is 40+10 min. Length of key-note lecture and discussion is 30+10 min. and length of invited lecture and discussion is 15+5 min.
Projection and Technical Setting
All rooms are equipped with (Windows) PC, Mac and data projector for Power Point presentation only.
Handing in Your Presentation
Your presentation must be handed over to the technical desk in the auditorium preferably between 7.00-8.00 for the morning sessions or during the lunch break for the afternoon session or latest in the break before your session via USB-Memory Stick.
Presentation Format – Technical Issues
The lecture room is equipped with Windows-PCs and Macintosh.

Mounting of posters
All posters sent to Organising Secretariat in printing quality-PDF not later than 15th May 2017 will be printed and mounted by organisers. You do not need to carry your poster to the conference.
Removal of posters
Thursday, June 22nd, from 16.00 – 19.00
You will find your poster board number in the author index of the abstract book, which you receive at the registration desk.
