Registration Fees

The registration fee covers following:

  • entry to all Conference sessions;
  • entry to the Poster area;
  • entry to the Conference Symposium;
  • conference bag with the program and abstract book;
  • 2x coffee breaks during the conference day
  • lunch during the conference day;
  • welcome drink,
  • farewell drink
  • conference dinner
  • printed and mounted poster by organiser (PDF file of the poster must be sent to the organiser in a print quality. See the instruction for the presenter here.)

Early Bird (from 1st until 31st December registered and paid before 15th January 2017)

The deadline for cancelation of registration with 60% reimbursement is 10th April 2017. #

The registration fees does not include VAT

# The abstract submission fee is a non-refundable processing fee, and not based on approval of your abstract submission or attendance. 

* Fee has to be paid before 28th February 2017. Student registration fee is available ONLY for participants attending a university or institute of higher education as student and are under the age of 28 at conference start date. Students must provide proof of their age and student status by filling in the preset form provided by the Organizing Secretariat. The form can be downloaded here. Form has to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat: info@probiotic-conference.net.

** The accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Two day hop on-hop off sight seen tour of Budapest
  • 3 x lunch as scheduled in the conference programme
  • Access to Conference dinner

NB! The accompanying person is not provided access to conference hall, lectures or poster session.
