The symposia will take place as introductory events to the International Scientific Conference on Probiotics and Prebiotics – IPC2010. The selection of the subject fields has been based on the feedback of former IPC participants.
The symposium will serve as scientific forum where academic and industrial scientists involved in the research of bacteriocins or Bacillus subtilis or GIT models meet. Further to its scientific content, the symposium is a networking event. Abstracts of oral presentations and posters will be published in the official proceedings of the IPC2010.
