The Registration desk is located on the lobby (ground floor) of the Radisson Blu, Carlton hotel
The Registration Desk can be reached at +420 727 803 223.
All documents including the registration package (Conference bag, Pocket Programme, Personal Badge and more) will be handed out to registered participants during the following opening hours.

Registration desk opening hours:

  • Sunday, 26 June - 17:00 – 19:00
  • Monday, 27 June - 08:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday, 28 June - 08:00 – 18:00
  • Wednesday, 29 June - 08:00 – 18:00
  • Thursday, 30 June - 08:00 – 18:00

Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due. The Registration desk accepts Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or cash (EUR only).


Name badge shall always be worn when attending the sessions and official programme.

Oral Presentations

Your presentation must be handed over to the personnel in the LECTURE ROOM with the USB stick, as far in advance as possible but at least TWO HOURS before the start of the entire session where the presentation is to be displayed. The presentation for an early morning session should be handed over the evening before.

The opening hours of LECTURE ROOM(S) are as follows:

  • Monday - 08:00 -18:00
  • Tuesday - 08:00 -18:00
  • Wednesday - 08:30 - 18:00
  • Thursday - 08:30 - 18:00

We kindly ask all speakers NOT to come at the last minute with their own computers. All presentations must be uploaded to the LECTURE ROOM beforehand.

In the lecture room will be a technician, who will be available for any technical issues during the whole Conference

Poster Presentations

All posters that have sent data for printing will be printed and mounted by organizers.

The Poster area will be located on the ground floor (located in Melody Hall and foyer). The posters will be accessible for the whole conference.
Poster boards will be given specific numbers. You will find your poster board number in the author index of the abstract book, which you will receive at the registration desk. The poster number will be sticked to the poster panel and you will have the poster number sticked to your nametag.

Maximum poster dimensions (portrait orientation) should be 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (35.4 inches x 47.2 inches). Your poster must not exceed the recommended size. The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials for those who will print the poster individually and on-site assistance will be available to help you to display your poster.

The conference exhibition is located at the ground floor of the conference area in the hotel together with the catering stations, next to the main meeting room. The exhibition floorplan is can be found below.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered and attending participants can download their Certificate of Attendance in the registration portal within one week after completing the Conference Evaluation form available on the website after the event.

Lunches and coffee breaks are provided during the main Conference days to all registered delegates on the conference foyer.

Free Wi-Fi available choose Radisson_Guest or Radisson_Meetings, no password needed, you need only to accept the general conditions of the provider.

Participants arriving by car are advised to use the underground parking available.
Please note parking fees are not included in the registration fees.

Doctor / First Aid / Emergency
First aid is not available at the venue. In case of emergency, please refer to the hotel reception to ask for assistance or call 112 directly.

Evaluation Form

The Conference Evaluation Form (Survey) will be available online on the Conference website after the event and it will also be sent to delegates by email.

Insurance and Liability
The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belongings of Conference participants, accompanying persons either during or because of the Conference or during the accompanying programme. Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.
