Instructions for Presenters
- Length of Plenary lecture and discussion is 50 min.
- Length of Key-note lecture including discussion is 40 min.
- Length of oral presentation including discussion is 15 min.
- Length of oral presentation of YSA including discussion is 10 min.
The scientist must have reached his/her 36th birthday on or before June 19, 2017, must have finished his/her PHD and have at lest 5 years working experience in the research area, has published scientific articles in scientific journals or is about to publish, present paper at plenary session at the main conference (not at satellite symposia), application for Young Scientist Award indicated at on-line abstract submission.)
The chairpersons of your session will be strict in allowing no more than the time allocated to your paper. Discussion will take place immediately after your presentation.
Projection and Technical Setting
All rooms are equipped with (Windows) PC and data projector for Power Point presentation only.
Handing in Your Presentation
Your presentation must be handed over to the technical desk in the auditorium preferably between 7-8.00 for the morning sessions or during the lunch break for the afternoon session or latest in the break before your session via USB-Memory Stick or CD-Rom.
Presentation Format – Technical Issues
The lecture room is exclusively equipped with Windows-PCs (no Macintosh machines).
File Format: Microsoft® Power Point™ presentation formatted for Windows® (PC) only.
Abstracts for posters can be submitted until March 31st 2017, with a handling fee of 50,00 €.
The posters approved by the Scientific Committe will be presented during the poster session at the IPC 2017. All approved posters will be printed and mounted by organiser. PDF file of the poster must be sent to the organiser in a print quality no later than 15th May 2017.

Monday June 18th, from 16:00 to 18:00
Tuesday June 19th, from 8:00 to 9:00
Removal of posters
Thursday, June 22nd, from 16.00 – 19.00
You will find your poster board number in the author index of the abstract book, which you receive at the registration desk.
The only permitted poster size is 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (L).
