I have dedicated my professional career to connecting science, research, and industry, with a focus on innovation in medicine. I founded the cross-border association Cassovia Life Sciences, bringing together scientific and industrial institutions to support research excellence, regional development, and EU-funded collaboration. For over 25 years, I have organized scientific and medical conferences. A central part of my work is the International Probiotics Conference (IPC), the largest international meeting on probiotics, prebiotics, and the microbiome, where hundreds of scientists from all continents share and discuss the latest research each year.
